Our courses are focused on weight loss and the pathway to achieving total fitness.
We provide group personal training courses that are not just your normal group classes. We provide support individually in nutrition, exercises and mind set in order for you to hit your personal goals. We offer 4, 6 and 8 week weight loss courses and combine 3 vital areas of fitness with 3 studio classes per week:
– 3D Attack – Our circuit training class to build stamina.
– 3D Flex – Our major toning and hot stretching class.
– 3D Burn – Our hard hitting class for maximum fat burn.
These classes are designed to push you to your physical limits and reach your desired goal whether it be weight loss, muscle definition, stamina or more. Along with a personalised nutritional consultation from our in house nutritional advisor, you’ll be surrounded by our constant support and on the road to a happier, healthier you!
